François Lesage
François has 15 years of experience in consulting and management.
He started his career in Paris (France), as a consultant in organization and digital transformation for several large public organizations, such as the French Ministry of Defense.
He then created the Plastic Flamingo in 2018, a social enterprise based in the Philippines, specialized in plastic recycling and CSR/EPR services, which he is still successfully leading today.
His deep and concrete knowledge of plastic circular economies in south-east Asia, experimented on the field for many years, as well as his extensive network of decision makers from large organizations and corporations in APAC, makes him a renowned expert in EPR, plastic CSR and plastic circular economy, especially in emerging countries.
He holds an MBA from the Institut Mines-Télécom Business School and a MA in Public Affairs from Sciences Po Paris.
Charlotte de Baglion
Charlotte is specialized in digital communication, marketing, CSR, online mobilization and community building. She is the founder of POWWO and the co-founder of The Plastic Flamingo.
She has 15 years of experience in BtoB Marketing and Communications.
